Store dry powder in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After mixing with water, refrigerate extra product solution promptly and use within 24 hours. Reheat gently and mix thoroughly before feeding. Do not microwave or freeze the solution. Shelf life can be extended by freezing dry powder in a tightly sealed container.
Product shelf life can vary between product type and packaging. Milk replacers generally have a 12-month shelf life, and colostrum and other supplement products can range from 12-24 months from the date of manufacture. The manufacture date code can be found on the back of the package toward the bottom or the side gusset. It will be found in black type and will contain letters and numbers. The date code on your package is not an expiration date. It represents the date the product was manufactured and packaged.

The cup inside our small package milk replacers (4-8 lb sizes) holds approximately 3.5 ounces by weight of milk replacer powder and is equal in volume to a standard dry measuring cup. Large bag calf milk replacers (25 lb and 50 lb) call for 12 ounces of powder to be mixed into 2 quarts of water. Weigh powder for most accurate results.
A standard liquid measuring cup holds 8 fluid ounces, but milk replacer powder actually weighs half as much as the same volume of water, so the same size cup holds approximately 3.5 ounces of dry milk replacer powder.

If your animal is not listed on the label, it is best to consult with your veterinarian about the suitability of the product before feeding your animal.
Our Sav-A-Chick Probiotic and Electrolyte products are not made for human consumption. However, we wouldn’t expect any adverse effects. We recommend monitoring your child for any abnormal behavior and contacting your child’s doctor with any concerns.

Simply contact our Customer Service by phone at 855-227-9104 or email at savacaf@milkproductsinc.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance on processing refunds or replacements. If a product does not perform satisfactorily, please contact our Customer Service Center. For faster processing, please have your bag readily available. Refunds can only be applied to the payment method that was used when the order was placed and generally take 1-3 business days for processing. Do not discard product until you are instructed to do so by the Sav-A-Caf team.
Please note: We do not accept returns, nor do we offer refunds for items ordered incorrectly by quantity or product. And due to our manufacturing facility maintaining an FSSC 22000 certification, we are unable to accept product returned to the facility.
All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation email or text upon submission. This is your order invoice or receipt. The confirmation will include a link to the order so you can check order details online at any time. This number is placed on your credit card by the card company for your security. It is a customer verification number from your bank card to prevent the fraudulent use of your account. The customer verification number is a non-embossed number located on your card that cannot be obtained easily by using an imprint of your card or simply copying down the account number. On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card, this will be a three- or four-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card, immediately following the account number.
While no website can be made 100% secure, SavACaf.com has security technology in place to protect your personal financial information. We do not store any payment information entered and are Payment Card Industry compliant. UPS Ground/UPS Standard: Shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Weekends, traditional holidays and facility closure dates excluded.
UPS 3 Day Select: Shipping time is three business days after your order has been processed. Weekends, traditional holidays and facility closure dates excluded.
Shipping to locations outside the United States is not available for orders placed via SavACaf.com. Shipping freight forwarders or other agents with the intent of exporting product from an online order is also not allowed.
No, SavACaf.com will only ship to the lower 48 states. Sales tax, shipping and handling will be applied to your bill accordingly. A full street address is required for all shipments. P.O. boxes will not be accepted.
Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight, dimensions and destination of your order. We use shipping tables provided by UPS, and our over-the-road common freight carrier partners to calculate the shipping costs charged to your order. Your order will be shipped from one of our online fulfillment warehouse locations. The final shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process, once the shipping destination is entered.
