Weigh powder for best results. Do not mix Electrolytes Plus powder into milk or milk replacer. Calf Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 4 ounces of Electrolytes Plus powder into 2 quarts of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder.

Calf Feeding Directions

Foal Feeding Directions
Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus solution two to three times daily at a rate of 1-2 pints per 100 pounds of body weight. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian.

Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus solution at a rate of 8 fluid ounces per 15 pounds of body weight. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian.
Adult Animal Feeding Directions
Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus free choice during periods of stress or transport. Offer as the only source of drinking water for 1 hour, two to three times daily. Continue feeding the solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian.
